Providing top quality, safe, comfortable electrolysis and assisting you in becoming your most authentic self is my mission as your electrologist.

Throughout my adolescence, I was bullied and taunted because of my excess body hair. I was called hurtful names and endured years of cruel comments. I didn’t want to be seen in public or even look in a mirror.

At fifteen years old, I attended prom night wearing a beautiful long white dress and elbow length white gloves. I was horrified to see my long black arm hairs hanging over the tops of my white gloves. It was embarrassing and made me feel ugly on a night when it was my time to feel beautiful. When I got home that night, I cried myself to sleep feeling completely humiliated.

This was the start of my journey with electrolysis.

Fortunately, my family was supportive and my mom found the best electrologist in our city. Ironically, her name was Mrs. Beardsley! Mrs. Beardsley turned my world around. She skillfully removed all the ugly long black hair from my arms, sides of my face and other unsightly hairy areas.

My self-esteem was finally being restored. I finally felt comfortable in public with renewed confidence.

As I grew into adulthood, I knew I was destined to become a licensed electrologist with the goal of helping others who suffer from hirsutism (excess hair).
